Application Process

Step One: Choose Your Puppy or Litter

Browse through our available puppies and upcoming litters, which are updated regularly for your convenience. Take your time to find the perfect match for your family.

Step Two: Submit an Application

To secure your spot, we recommend applying early. If you’re interested in a current litter, act quickly, as puppies tend to find their homes fast. Please fill out the application completely and honestly to ensure a smooth process.

Step Three: Check Your phone

If your application is approved, you’ll receive a personalized acceptance letter via text message from 901-305-9747. Be sure to read it carefully, as it will contain important details about the next steps which includes scheduling your phone interview.

Step four: Pay the Reservation Fee

After your phone interview, you’ll be invited to pay your reservation fee, and to sign our health guarantee and contract. The reservation fee is $500 for puppies not yet born or under 8 weeks old. For puppies over 8 weeks old, full payment is required at pick-up or delivery.

Payments can be made via Zelle, PayPal, or check, but we’re happy to discuss alternative payment methods if needed. Once this step is complete, you’re closer than ever to bringing your new furry family member home!

The remaining balance will be required before pickup. Payment plans to pay over time are available through our third party vendor, Terrace Pets. If you are interested in more information, please let us know and we’ll get you the information.

Step five: Mark Your Calendar for “Gotcha Day”

Once you are on the litter list, we will send you emails to prepare for your puppy, and you will have access to the litter’s website with photos, characteristics, and temperament assessments tests to watch them grow and get to know them! And of course we will also have updates on Instagram and Facebook!

Your remaining balance of $2,000 will be due upon pick-up in cash.

*If your puppy is flying, final payment is due at 7 weeks via Zelle.*
